The ship features a state-of-the-art gym powered by Technogym with panoramic sea views, equipped with cardio machines, free weights and strength training gear, and offers fitness classes such as yoga, stretching and aerobics to help you keep up your routine at sea. The MSC Aurea Spa is a large Balinese-inspired wellness space with a thermal area that includes saunas, steam rooms, thalasso-style pools and a snow room, plus a wide range of spa treatments, beauty therapies, hair salon and barber services for relaxation and pampering. For active outdoor exercise there’s a power walking/jogging track, and depending on booking you can participate in organised activities like aerobics or dance classes on deck.

MSC World Europa offers an extensive kids, teens and family entertainment program that keeps young guests engaged from toddlers to older teens while also giving parents plenty of options. The ship’s dedicated Doremiland Youth Area is one of the largest in the MSC fleet, with several clubs tailored by age from a Baby Club for infants/toddlers to Mini, Juniors, Young and Teen Clubs with spaces like a high-tech Teens Lab designed just for teens.
