Overview
The pool here is truly enormous – a long curvy number that stretches towards the shore from the main terrace. Plonked in the middle of it on a little island is a poolside bar, so that’s the drinks and snacks sorted.
Stroll beyond the pool, meanwhile, and the gardens give way to a sandy stretch of shoreline peppered with sun loungers and parasols – the perfect spot for a day spent soaking up the Red Sea sunshine.
No need to worry if you’re not much of a water baby, there’s plenty to get stuck into on dry land, too. Beach volleyball, mini golf, and tennis are just a few of the activities on offer. And with a dedicated kids’ pool and playground, plus a bowling alley where the whole family can try their hand at a strike, this place really is a great pick for a holiday with the little ones.
At mealtimes, you can choose between the main buffet restaurant serving a generous spread of international options, the Oriental buffet, or the Italian buffet. There's an Asian à la carte spot, too, and a restaurant down at the beach that serves casual lunches and seafood dinners. On the drinks front, meanwhile, there're a handful of watering holes, including one by the pool and one in the aqua park. There's even a disco bar if you fancy letting your hair down.

Restaurants are this place’s forté. It lines up five buffet places that count off Italian, German, Mediterranean and Asian food spreads. And there’s a Thai à la carte restaurant, too. Light lunches are served in the beach snack bar. Plus, 11 pools vie for attention – they include an aqua park and sun terraces that house a couple of cocktail bars.

Room Facilities
Rooms have cream walls and gold-coloured furnishings, and come with tea and coffee-making facilities, a minibar and a TV. A balcony or terrace comes as standard. Family rooms sleep 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults and 1 child. Plus, you can upgrade to a Double room with a sea view. Double garden-view rooms are also available.

Food, Drink & Entertainment
There are five buffet restaurants here you can work your way around or there's a Thai à la carte. Dotted throughout the hotel you’ll find cafés and bars, including a traditional-style coffee shop with shisha pipes, and another that serves fresh crêpes and doughnuts at teatime.
The Irish pub opens until late and is known for its karaoke sessions. There’s also a terrace café serving cocktails. And the hotel lays on entertainment – you’ll see live Egyptian music and dancing.
The snorkelling here is a must – there are coral reefs right outside the hotel, and the shipwrecks in the nearby Straits of Tiran are ripe for exploring. There are organised daytime activities, which include lively games of volleyball. For a small fee, you can also have a knockabout on the tennis courts.
