This place is set on Crete's north coast, in the stripped-back village of Sissi. Boufos Beach is five minutes' walk away, and there are traditional tavernas dotted along the way.
Lazy days are on the cards here. There are a couple of pools, including one which comes with a sea-view bar. When dinnertime rolls around, there's a private terrace shaded by trees and purple-spotted bougainvillea.

Food, Drink & Entertainment
Buffet breakfasts are laid out in the Athina restaurant, and there's a made-to-order omelette station. Later, a Cretan and international spread's served, and you can pick a table in either the dining room or on a vine-fringed patio.
Local musicians and dancers put on a show a few times a week beside the pool. Evening drinks are low-key here, but there's a bar next door suited to livelier nights.
