Discover this breathtaking region, drenched in a majestic backdrop of Alpine peaks, crystal blue lakes, with the green, wooded slopes tumbling to the water’s edge. Garda, Maggiore, Como, Lugano are all renowned for their natural beauty, each offering something different. However, we also visit the lesser known lakes of Orta, Levico, Iseo and Molveno – providing a delightful contrast.
Itinerary
✓ Day 1: Local departure by executive coach then travel to northern France for an overnight stay.
✓ Day 2: Continue to Lake Maggiore where you'll arrive at the Hotel Milan Speranza in Stresa for a three-night stay.
✓ Day 3: Free time or Borromean Islands Cruise; Afternoon at Lake Orta
Take an optional excursion of a cruise to the famous Borromean Islands or enjoy some time at leisure before an included excursion to Lake Orta.
✓ Day 4: Three Lakes Tour
An included excursion will introduce you to three of the great lakes: Como, Lugano and Maggiore accompanied by an expert guide.
✓ Day 5: Lake Iseo
Leave Lake Maggiore and head east to Lake Iseo. Continue to Lake Garda and arrive at Hotel Desanzano for a four-night stay.
✓ Day 6: Free time or Sirmione & Isola del Garda
Take an optional excursion around the shores plus sail across to Isola del Garda or enjoy some time at leisure.
✓ Day 7: Free time or Lake Levico & Lake Molveno
Join an optional excursion, heading first to Lake Levico before continuing the drive towards Molveno.
✓ Day 8: North Lake Garda -
Discover the delightful lakeside villages of Malcesine and Riva del Garda as you take a relaxing tour of northern Lake Garda.
✓ Day 9: Travel to northern France for an overnight stay.
