Overview
Location’s key when it comes to this place. It’s got lots of sugar-cube-shaped suites, all of which are all on stilts over the shallow lagoon. The powdery beach is literally right on your doorstep.
There’s a big pool with a swim-up bar, as well as a children’s pool. Little ones will have a whale of a time here – there’s a hotel-run kids’ club and a top-notch entertainment offering in the evenings.

The Riu Atoll pulls out all the stops to offer hassle-free, tropical island getaways. A spa, a big pool and direct access onto feather-soft sand are some of the features you can look forward to. So are the three restaurants and three bars – one of which will be a swim-up number in the pool. Added to this is a packed entertainment programme and lots to take care of younger guests, including a hotel-run kids’ club.
Room Facilities
Double rooms and over water junior suites are available. You can upgrade your double room to come with a beachfront setting. All rooms include air-con, a ceiling fan, a shower, a TV, a minibar, a safe, and Wi-Fi. The over water suites are furnished with Balinese beds on the terrace, with easy-access to the sea, too.
Food, Drink & Entertainment
There are a trio of restaurants. A steakhouse showcases an outdoor terrace, whilst the buffet place has show-cooking each night. An Italian eatery brings the total to three. There are three bars in this resort. One is by the pool with a swim-up section, plus there’s an indoor sports bar and an al fresco drinking lounge.
When it comes to the evening entertainment, expect live music, DJ sets and special events.
