Food, Drink & Entertainment
Dinner is taken care of by the buffet, which puts on theme nights, and three à la cartes. Chefs cook teppanyaki-style at the Asian restaurant. There’s also an Italian place that does pizza and pasta, as well as regional dishes like ricotta panzerotti – a savoury pancake dish. You'll also find a gourmet eatery that serves classy French cuisine. You can also book a table at three of the à la carte restaurants at the neighbouring Bahia Principe Explore Tulum Hotel.
The nightlife centre is the Hacienda Doña Isabel, a mock 16th-century colonial building. It’s home to a sports bar. And every Thursday night, it hosts a real Mexican fiesta. You’ll find a couple of lounge bars which are good for a quiet drink. Or there’s a piano bar with live music each night.
