La Plassohla Gastronomic & Tapas Bar on the rooftop opens from 12 noon to 12 midnight and takes you on a sensory journey of different culinary traditions through tapas and small plates to share; including a special midday prix fixe menu on weekdays from Monday to Friday.
The Michelin-starred Caelis restaurant offers two separate spaces - the dining room for 24 guests and an open kitchen with a horseshoe-shaped chef's table to seat 14 more guests - and offers three tasting menus and a prix fixe Caelis Menu from midday from Wednesday to Saturday. Privé Caelis hosts private lunches and dinners for up to 26 diners and is guided by one of the chefs to explain the unique menu of dishes and with a huge screen to watch the kitchen at work in real time.
