This place is all about peace and quiet – it’s got a pool and plenty of restaurants tucked under a tree-spotted headland.
Overview
The pool at the Grand Yazici Club Marmaris Palace is one of three sunbathing spots. There’s also a beach a few steps away, plus a sunbathing deck that dangles over the bay.
Food and drink are one of the hotel’s other fortes. There are four places to eat, including three swanky à la cartes. Or, for dinner out, it only takes 10 minutes to drive into the centre of Marmaris.

Food, Drink & Entertainment
The buffet restaurant takes its international offering seriously. On top of tried-and-tested serve-yourself tables, there's a fistful of show-cooking stations that deliver stone-baked pittas, crispy fried chicken and wok-fired oriental dishes. Put your name down for an à la carte dinner, and you can plump for Italian, Asian, seafood (extra charge) or Turkish fare on the hotel's smart sea-view terrace.
Grab a chair at the terrace-bound Stone Bar, and you can drink in the views as well as a cocktail. Pine Bar, on the other hand, has an edgier feel – think bare-brick walls, rustic wooden furniture and strawberry-red columns. Live shows are a big hit in the old-school amphitheatre. The stepped seating's overlooked by a wrought-iron balcony, and you can expect traditional dancers and singers on the bill.
