There are lifts to help you get around the building, but they're not on the ground floor, you'll need to use a flight of stairs to reach them.
Location-wise, it’s a 15-minute walk to the nearest sandy beach. There are regular bus services for sun-worshippers in a hurry to catch some seaside rays.
