The western provinces of Alberta and British Columbia are draped in spectacular natural riches. On this 14-day Canadian Rockies tour, you’ll twist along the highs and lows of the vast landscape through sweeping scenery, mighty mountains, deep forests and pristine lakes and rivers. We contrast the natural landscapes with city stays, too, spending time in Vancouver and Victoria. You’ll soon realise it was more than the promise of gold that tempted settlers here during the Klondike Gold Rush of the 1890s…
Itinerary
✓ Day 1: UK to Calgary
Titan's nationwide shared chauffeur service collects you from your home for your flight to Calgary. On arrival, transfer to the little town of Banff.
✓ Day 2: Banff - Lake Louise
Head for a day of scenic delights and explore the town's surrounds, Lake Louise and Moraine Lake.
✓ Day 3: Banff
Enjoy Banff completely at leisure.
✓ Day 4: Banff - Columbia Icefield
Journey to Jasper National Park from Banff National Park by way of the Icefields Parkway.
✓ Day 5: Jasper
Head out for a day of unforgettable sightseeing journey beginning with the limestone gorge of Maligne Canyon before continuing along the shores of Medicine Lake and onto Maligne Lake. Spead the rest of the day in Jasper at leisure before an interpretative talk at dinner.
✓ Day 6-7: Kelowna
Descend to the Okanagan Valley to Kelowna; positioned on the shores Lake Okanagan. Experience a tour of an award-winning vineywards for a tour and tasting with the afternoon free to relax.
✓ Day 8: Victoria
Leave Kelowna and take the scenic route to Hope. Continue on your drive through Vancouver to Tsawwassen and take the ferry through the Gulf Islands region. Continue to the southern-most tip of Vancouver and Victoria. Enjoy an orientation tour on arrival.
✓ Day 9: Victoria
Enjoy a morning at the world famous Butchart Gardens with an afternoon at leisure.
✓ Day 10: Vancouver
Leave Victoria behind and drive to Nanaimo. Take the ferry through the Strait of Georgia to Horseshoe Bay
✓ Day 11: Vancouver
As an introduction to the city, experience a short orientation tour before free time to discover the wonders for yourself.
✓ Day 12: Vancouver
A relaxing free day to further enjoy Vancouver as you please.
✓ Day 13: Transfer to the airport for your overnight return flight to the UK
