Mamma Mia! The Party Competition
Win tickets to Mamma Mia! The Party tickets with Travel House and Jason Edwards Travel (the “Promotion”). The Promotion is promoted by Travel House (Hays Travel Ltd t/a Spear Travels - Company No. 01990682) (the “Promoter”), whose registered office is: Gilbridge House, Keel Square, Sunderland SR1 3HA.
By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Condition.
1. All entrants must be aged 18 or over and UK residents.
2. Promoter employees and family of employees are not permitted to enter. If an employee family member is drawn, they will be disqualified, and a new winner will be selected.
3. To qualify, the entrant must book any package holiday, through the Promoter, in branch, between the dates of 9.00 am Wednesday 1st April 2026, and 11.59pm Thursday 30th April 2026. £800 minimum spend applies. All bookings will automatically be entered into the draw. If you wish to opt out of the draw, please notify the agent at the time of booking.
4. Prize: 2 x evening tickets to Mamma Mia! The Party live show with dinner , 1-night stay in a 4* hotel with bed and breakfast, return executive coach travel from South Wales.
5. The winners will be drawn at random from eligible entries by the Promoter. The winners will be notified by the Promoter within 7 calendar days from the date of the draw via phone call or email.
6. The winners will have seven (7) calendar days from receipt of the winning notification to:
a. Acknowledge the Prize via the instructions in the notification;
b. Provide a valid ID in the form of a passport or driver’s license; and
c. Confirm they wish to accept the Prize.
7. If a winner does not respond within 7 calendar days of notification, another winner will be selected at random from the remaining entries.
8. The Promoter’s announcement of the winners is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
10. The voucher may not be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions with or without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without liability to any entrant for doing so.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
13. The winners will be asked to collect their prize from their local Promoter branch.
